- If you could start your professional career all over again what things would you do different?
I personally live life with few regrets but how you answer this questions is up to you. Some people live with daily regrets especially when it comes to careers they have chose. Sometimes you can't help get in a bad work environment but it is all about how you react to it. When answering this question don't go overboard on your regrets and make sure you twist them in a positive manner. Make sure you spend time answering this question by discussing your learning experience and how it made you better. Don't be negative otherwise you have fallen for a tricky interview question.
- How do you act if you have a conflict with a fellow coworker?
Here is a little side note, employers don't want trouble makers and they don't like the Human Resources coming in to settle silly disputes. Make sure you clarify that you get along with everyone but that you prefer to talk things out if a misunderstanding occurs.
- Why have you changed jobs so frequently?
During a certain time people were jumping from job to job to increase their salaries rapidly. This occurs sometimes when jobs are more abundant. Here is a scenario for you, let's say you are making forty thousand a year and you take a new job for fifty thousand yearly. A year goes by and you now accept another job for sixty thousand. In just two years you gave yourself a twenty thousand dollar pay raise. This backfires in the future because it reflects that you are a job hopper. You have to have good reason for skipping from job to job. It could be that you relocated, it could be a career change or a family sickness. Have a good reason but don't lie, lying only leads to trouble in an interview.
