The Stryker Gallup Questions how to answer them.

Whether you are a recent college grad interviewing for Stryker or a seasoned veteran it can be nerve racking. This is part seven of my quest to bring you as many Gallup questions as I can. People keep saying that you can't prepare for the Gallup Questions but I beg to differ. Below I will include a set of questions and provide some possible basic answers for the Stryker Gallup questions.

  • What motivates you? Your motivation should be work related but doesn't have to be strictly related to work. A good example of this is personal growth and being successful.
  • How creative are you? Creativity or the ability to think fast is key in the business world. I don't think Stryker wants you to know how to paint the Mona Lisa. They just want you to be able to think different.
  • Can you create solutions for problems? If you can't figure things out or can't provide customers with solutions then you won't be able to help Stryker.
  • Are you a logical thinker or an out of the box thinker? This can be tricky I would answer that you are both. I think you can logically come up with something out of the box.
  • How will you plan your day? Make sure to talk about goals and having a detailed plan for every day.
  • Do you speak with people with honesty? Everyone loves honesty and you can't fake it.
  • Do you consider yourself a person with common sense? You can't teach common sense, you either have it or not. Convince the interviewer you have it!

Do all of these things and you will go great during the Stryker Gallup questions.
