The Stryker Gallup Questions Part 9

As I previously mentioned this is my Gallup stryker interview series. This is part 9 of the series and I am soon to complete the series. I didn't want to put all of the questions together in one article so it would be easier to concentrate on a smaller scale.

• How important is it to you to be the best? Stryker wants to hire someone who wants to be the best and strives to exceed company goals.
• Have you faced adversities in your life? If so, Please elaborate. Everyone has faced problems but let the interviewer know how you overcame these problems and what came of it.
• Do you like to tell others what to do? Watch out what you say on this question. People don't like bossy people but they do want a great leader.
• What do you do in your spare time? Work life balance is huge in corporate America. Make sure to mention some activities. Don't mention any activities that seem to be dangerous.
• Do you ever outperform anyone? Stryker wants to hire great sales people. People who are going to take Stryker to another level.
