The Starbucks Manager Interview Process is one that is a structured interview process. It is your typical corporate America interview process but with a little more substance. The process includes an online test in which you learn what it is like to be a "partner". Starbucks refers to all of their employees as partners. This partnership helps instill a sense of ownership and helps drive their company. 1.Shake hands firmly and make eye contact with the interviewer.

2.Be prepared for questions that put you in a situation to tell a story. You might get one or two yes or no questions but most of them will be open ended questions.

3. Dress Sharply and wear conservative clothing. I can't stress this enough most corporations have strict dress codes.

4. Don't be nervous, the interviewer probably is just as nervous as you, maybe not. Be prepared and confident and you will have no problem landing a job at Starbucks.
