Well first you have to do well in the interview! If your goal is to get a job at Peet's Coffee and Tea Company and dominate the interview, you have come to the right place. Peet's has been gaining ground on both the giants and becoming a solid place to hang out with a little less hustle and bustle. Here are few things to keep in mind for the Peet's Coffee house interview.

1. Dress professionally- Wear business casual attire. Men a long sleeve white or blue shirt with khakis or preferably business slacks. Women should wear slacks and a nice blouse, if you wear a skirt make sure it isn't too short.

2. Be well groomed- Men- Ease up on the hair gook and make sure your hair is clean cut and it doesn't look like you need a haircut. Women- Wear your hair up and go easy on the make up, light colors work best.

3. Have a good attitude and smile- The people at Peet's are going to want you to smile at their customers, if you aren't smiling in your interview, the time to impress them they will think you won't smile at work.

4.Bring your resume and a pen. You will be asked to fill out application and you want to jot things down when you are interviewing. This shows you are paying attention and are interested.

5. Be prepared for the interview questions. Have a few ideas on what you have accomplished, what you bring to the work place, Why they should hire you, What you do best and what your weaknesses are.
