How To Get Hired At Arthrex

How do you get hired at Arthrex? Arthrex is one of the top if not the top Orthopedic company. They are very innovative and try and push the envelope on doing procedure in new more innovative ways. Arthrex does not do direct hiring for Orthopedic Sales Representatives but they work with their distributors. If you want to work for Arthrex then you have to find out who they use as a distributor in your area. You will first have an interview with the management or owner of the distributorship depending how big they are. The next step is to have a second interview, this will consist of a panel interview. The panel interview will be with a representative from the distributorship and one or two Arthrex people. More than likely it will be the Regional Sales Director at Arthrex. It is a great idea to use a Medical Sales Recruiter, they will be able to coach you through the process and also get you some insight or tips they may have. It could be something as simple as what the regional sales guy likes or what he really dislikes. You can get hired without previous orthopedic sales experience but you really have strong sales experience and proven results. What To Wear

Men wear a full suit. Make sure your jacket and the pants and they must match. Where a white or blue shirt. These type of plain colors are conservative and represents a more professional demeanor. Make sure your collar is flat, wear collar stays, the metal ones work better. Make sure your shirt is pressed and starched. Have your shoes shined well, people always look at your shoes if you are dressed nice. Poor shoes or dirty shoes can ruin an entire outfit. Make sure you show up shaved and well groomed. If you have tattoos hide them and if you have piercings remove them.


Women- A suit is required if it is a skirt suit do not let it be more than four inches above the knee. You should wear a blouse that is a solid color and conservative, no cleavage at all.
Your shoes should not be open toed and should be in good shape. Make sure the heel is not too high. Stay away from wearing too many accessories, no big hoop earrings or anything that causes distraction.
