The Enterprise Rent A Car Management Trainee Program is one that is very respected in corporate world. Their are a few reasons for that. The first reason is that Enterprise employees work very long hours. Let me repeat that, very long hours. It is typical foremployees to put in 12 hour days. Twelve hour days might not sound too crazy but when you are running around multitasking, driving around the city, answering phones and dealing with upset customers it can really wear on you. Twelve hours can feel like fifteen hours rather quickly. I forgot to mention being on your feet for extended periods and washing cars in your suit and dress shoes. Employees at a local branch, which means a non airport office arrive at seven a.m. and leave around six p.m. The airport branches have different hours that can beeven more grueling since some Enterprises are extending hours and some are staying open twenty four hours a day. I guess you can compare a shift at Enterprise to a nurse's shift that is as far as length of time and odd hours. When Will Ferrell was making fun of Enterprise in the movie Step Brotherssaying he was going to interview at Enterprise,it was hillarious. He mentioned Enterprise and said they have a great trainee program and the funny thing is he was right.
Qualifications for Enterprise Rent A Car Management Trainee program.
1. You have to be 21 or older
2. You have to be able to operate a vehicle. So if you have a recent D.U.I or a suspended license whatever the reason don't bother applying. Enterprise offers a free pick up so if you cannot drive someone home you are of little use.
3. You have to have a college degree. Yes a college degree to rent cars. The reason for this is you are not just renting cars but you are learning to run a business. You learn principles of accounting, customer service, analyzing data amongst all sorts of other things. You participate in lot's of training classes and on the job training.
You will learn a great deal just don't expect to get your hand held. A large portion of Enterprise management strongly believes in sinking or swimming so you will be thrown into the action right away!

An interesting article for the unemployed college grad. crying about being out of work. Looks like a good opportunity for one willing to hustle. Having been self employed and owning 3 businesses at one time along with managing housing investments 12 hours a day then working on paper at home after dinner for another 3 to 4 hours six days a week makes this job look doable if one desires earned income, voted up, it is well written, 50
