When I went into my Coffee Bean Interview I was very overdressed. It was a management position and I showed up in a suit. It was a little awkward since the regional manager showed up and she was dressed as spiffy. She was more casual, I mean she wasn't the one interviewing but I still felt like I should have wore something different. Yet I still felt okay because it is better to be overdressed than underdressed. I had read an article previous to going in and they said to wear jeans. I wasn't going to fall for that one but definetely dress business casual.

Coffee Bean Interview Questions.

1. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Do not give them too many weaknesses or anything critical. Don't say something like I never get to work on time or I can't focus for too long. That will be an immediate trip home for you with no job offer.

4. How many times have you been late in the last year? Punctuality is very important in the workplace.

5. What is your favorite drink at Coffee Bean? They want you to be familiar with the product and actually like what you are making and selling.

6. Tell me about a time when you gave good customer service and what happened as a result? They are looking for someone who is going to go the extra mile for customers and build a repeat clientele.
