Bank Fees And Charges
61Some Banks Pick Your Pocket
Does it feel like your bank has it's hands in your pocket? Bank fees and bank charges have become ludacris. Banks often make it to where consumers are potentially at risk for overdrafting their accounts to generate more revenue. It is very important to know how banks process certain things. Some banks process your transactions exactly in the order you make them in, but other banks use a tactic that puts you at risk of overdrafting. Here is an example, let's say you have one hundred dollars in your account. You buy a Mocha Latte for three dollars, a book on Google Adsense for twenty five dollars, a pizza for twenty dollars and a pair of shoes for eighty five dollars. The last transaction caused you to overdraft and your bank will charge you a fee ranging from twenty two to thirty five dollars. Some banks don't process your transactions in order. They process them by the largest dollar amount first. If given the same scenario you would be charged for three overdraft charges instead of only one. Make sure you are familiar with how your bank process these transactions so you don't have excessive overdraft charges. Some banks also charge you an ATM fee if you use another bank. Let's say you bank with bank a and take money out at bank b. You might possibly receive a fee from both banks, so it could cost you close to six dollars for taking your own money out. You can avoid this by taking money out only at your designated bank.
Bank of America has recently launched a campaign that talks about embracing it's customers during hard economic times. I see it more as a choke hold and this article if shared, will fully destroy their false efforts. Bank of America's phone lines are really going to light up once you read what they are doing. If you are unemployed and have an account with Bank Of America prepare to get fired up! At least here in California. Bank of America charges an $8.00 monthly fee if you don't have direct deposit. Wait a second if you don't have a job, that's right your not going to have direct deposit. You will be assessed an eight dollar fee every month. Think about the millions of people that aren't employed that bank at Bank of America. They are making millions of dollars at the consumers expense during the worst economic time since the great depression. Don't let them get away with it, demand a refund.

I wouldn't trust any of them-!
I'm already standing up to the banks - don't have an account at all. Those fees are just too outrageous!
