The At&t Interview

The first step in the At&t hiring process is applying online. Don't be discouraged by this most companies only accept online applications. Sending in your resume via the internet can seem like your sending it into a black hole but if a company likes your resume they will call you. At&t even has a way for you to check your online application status by logging in to their site.

The interview process is your first time to make an impression. It is a possibility that you will receive a phone screen asking you basic questions to see if you will move on to a face to face interview.

At&t Interview Tips

1. Dress professionally- It is okay to ask the recruiter or contact person how formal you should dress.

2. Be prepared- Come prepared with specifics regarding work history, accomplishments and most importantly why you should be hired.

3. Bring documentation- You will be asked to fill out a paper application and the last thing you want to do is not be able to. Having your own pen is a no brainer.

4. Don't list jobs that are not relevant. If you worked at your aunt's liquor store for a week don't put it on your resume. Only list relevant jobs or work experience that show a lengthy work experience.

5. Be persistent but not annoying. Check your hiring status, find out who to follow up with and when you can expect a decision.

6. Finally know about the company some basic history goes a long way!
