Getting hired by Aramark is kinda of a big deal. They are a fortune 500 company with many different divisions.
The interview process for Aramarkis somewhat lenghty but not too lengthy.
The first step is applying online. If Aramark is interested a recruiter will contact you and set up a phone interview to see if you are a good fit for the company. Aramark is pretty straight forward on a ballpark salary figure from the initial conversation.
The next step is meeting with the General Manager and his or her assistant. Usually the two will interview you and ask you detailed information about your previous work history.
The final step of the actual interview process is meeting with the Regional Manager he or she will more than likely make the final decision of if your hired or will be very influential in the decision.
If all goes will the next step will be a ride along. This is tough, it is basically performing the job the people you will manage do on a daily basis. It is tough work and will give you a feel for what they do and go through.
Does Armark drug test?
The final action before the final paper work and job offer is a drug test. Aramark does drug test!
Some companies say they test others actually test and Aramark will test you.
The job amentities vary from state to state but they should include a salary, health benefits and a company car along with a gas card.

Doing customer surveys- which annoy customers
Driving from account to account everyday
Multiple meetings and conference calls which are not always productive
Extreme amounts of micromanaging.
If you don't mind any of these or can work around them you will be golden at Aramark.
