What is a typical workday at Enterprise Rent A Car like?
No day at Enterprise Rent A Car is the same but for most part they are structured the same way.
You will arrive at the office at 7 am. New trainees will probably make coffee and tidy up the front area.
The first hour will mostly be getting ready, seeing what cars you have available and discussing the day's plan with your assistant manager. The assistant manager is the person in charge of most of the branche's operation.
8 am- Customer returns car. You go outside inspect vehicle and close transaction and offer customer a ride home or to the shop.
8:30 Return from dropping customer off.
845-900 A.M. Wash car so it is ready
900 A.M. Customer calls and wants to rent a car from Enterprise. You drive to customer's body shop and pick him up.
915-930 A.M. Return to branch with customer. Type customer contract and walk customer to the car.
This process will repeat maybe one or two times and then it will be time for lunch.
12 Noon -1P.M Lunch time, could be by yourself or as a treat by a manager.
1 P.M. Pick up customer from a dealership, build rapport and make feel customer okay since they are upset that their car is in the shop. Rent the customer a car
130 P.M.-230 P.M. Make calls to customers to ask about their experience with the service they have received thus far at Enterprise.
230P.M.-530 P.M. Renting, Cleaning Cars and helping customers.
530 P.M. to 630 P.M get ready for the next day by asking other branches for cars or giving them cars.

The main talent you will need to work at Enterprise is....ASS KISSING! They should hand out Chapstick on a daily basis!
This is the worst company to work for 60 to 70 hour work weeks. its all good at first when you get paid overtime untill you become an asst manager then your on salary and they work you to death. little to no crew so your working 6-7 days a week

ERAC are gash!, awful retention, poor HR, excessive sales structure.
Dont beleive any monthly commission promises
